Stephanie Pinion-Vaccaro is an accomplished healthcare and business administrator with more than two decades of leadership experience in medical practice management, business operations, and healthcare administration. She currently serves as Business Administrator for THinc | Traverso Hand Inc. and Broward Hand Center, Inc., where she oversees daily operations, business strategy, financial and administrative functions, staff development, and the continued growth of specialized hand surgery practices.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration. She also began pursuing her master’s degree but made the difficult decision to place her studies on hold due to the significant time demands of her professional and personal responsibilities. Her commitment to continued learning, however, has remained constant throughout her career, and she continues to expand her knowledge through hands-on leadership, professional development, and more than 20 years of practical healthcare experience.
